A Living Connection Between Body, Mind and Consciousness

Embodied Flow: Vak, Alchemy, and the Moving Imagination

Building on the foundations of the previous modules, this next chapter invites you into the inspired and extraordinary work of Embodied Flow, exploring the body as a living gateway to Tantric intelligence. Through shared movement laboratories, we investigate how embodied anatomy, experiential philosophy and the felt sense of the body can reveal subtle energetic currents and alchemical transformations.

Each session unfolds as a rich tapestry of Satsang, practice and reflection. You will engage with the essential teaching of Vak and mystic linguistics, uncovering the power of sound, vibration and sacred speech as tools for inner alchemy. This is complemented by a 90-minute movement practice designed to awaken and refine your embodied imagination.

Time is held throughout for integration: journaling, group reflection and sharing insights from your somatic research. You will also be introduced to the pillars of embodied class planning, providing a framework for bringing this tangible wisdom into your own teaching or practice.

This module invites you to move, speak, feel and imagine. You will cultivate a living connection between body, mind and the luminous currents of consciousness.
