To practice yoga is to remember our true nature. To be in community is to reflect that luminosity back to each other

For the poets, the yogis, the mystics, the witches, the weirdos and the wizards. The Remembership is a monthly membership and container of belonging that calls you back to your practice, your body and the teachings of yoga. To break through old patterns, stay inspired, live in dharma and dissolve the stories that keep us stuck.

An embodied yoga and movement community of real depth and heart, each month we gather to explore the teachings of Non-Dual Kashmir Shaivism, practice through the lens of Embodied Flow™ yoga (somatics, free movement, āsana) and sink into a monthly sādhanā of embodied philosophy, mantra, meditation and inquiry.

Embodied Living & Belonging

Welcome to this embodied yoga and movement community of depth and heart.

When do we meet?

We meet four times a month, with an opening satsang and circle to sink into the teaching or theme. There is a movement practice, a monthly sādhanā and a workshop or class from the Samāveśa Facilitator community to keep you inspired and supported. All calls are recorded and times are GMT / BST.

  • 90 minute satsang & circle: The first Sunday of the month at 7.00pm

  • 30 minute sādhanā: The first Monday of the month at 7.30am

  • 90 minute Embodied Flow practice: Third Friday of the month at 7.30am

  • 60 minute Samāveśa Facilitator Offering: Fourth Friday of the month at 7.00pm

The Samāveśa Kula and the power of practice

It happens at the end of a training, a retreat, or an immersion where we emerge renewed and inspired. We feel vibrant and resourced with all the best intentions but then our practice falls away or plateaus. Life takes over and our boundaries get soft. Our meditation slips or dries up completely and old patterns seed themselves. So we sign-up for another training, retreat or immersion, but often it's just to be in the container. To remember. To be held accountable. To come back to ourselves.

The Remembership is a gentle and loving container where we get to be in community, dialogue around our practice and continuously return to the teachings that transform our seeing. It is a response to graduates of the Samāveśa training who wanted an ongoing conversation with each other, their practice and the teachings.

The community is organised around The Circle Way, so everyone has a voice, a seat of leadership and the opportunity to share their gifts. We would love to welcome you and invite you to share your own voice and wisdom.

"Most people think of belonging as a mythical place, and they spend a lifetime searching for it in vain. But what if belonging isn’t a place at all? What if it’s a skill that has been lost or forgotten?" Toko-Pa Turner

"How potent it was to be among wizards, fairies, nature and so much knowledge and love. I am so grateful for every single moment in time where it was possible to continuously fall into being. We are made of each other and the times we spend together, either in silence or expressing our voices, will remain forever."

Meet Collette

Collette Davis

Senior Teacher, Embodied Flow™ facilitator, Tantrika, Wizard, devotee, eternal student and humble shepherd of the Samāveśa School of Yoga. I’ve been a devoted student and practitioner of Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra since 2014 and have studied with some of the world’s leading teachers. I still teach āsana classes but Embodied Flow™ is my jam and I’ve spent many hours, days, months and years in training with Tara Judelle, Hareesh Wallis, Leila Sadeghee, Shambavi Saraswati, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, and Adyashanti. I am eternally grateful to them and what they share with the world. I don’t get down so well with hierarchical systems of power and am interested in disrupting the teacher-student binary. I advocate for circular communities where we get to co-create a safe and kind space together, weaving trauma informed practices so we all feel held and supported. I’m a mama bear at heart so you can expect a big generous holding field and a healthy friendship that honours boundaries on both sides. If you have any questions then you can drop me an email or WhatsApp me on +447711692847.
