Facilitators

Collette Davis

Senior Teacher, Embodied Flow™ facilitator, Tantrika, Wizard, devotee, eternal student and humble shepherd of the Samāveśa School of Yoga. I’ve been a devoted student and practitioner of Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra since 2014 and have studied with some of the world’s leading teachers. I still teach āsana classes but Embodied Flow™ is my jam and I’ve spent many hours, days, months and years in training with Tara Judelle, Hareesh Wallis, Leila Sadeghee, Shambavi Saraswati, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, and Adyashanti. I am eternally grateful to them and what they share with the world. I don’t get down so well with hierarchical systems of power and am interested in disrupting the teacher-student binary. I advocate for circular communities where we get to co-create a safe and kind space together, weaving trauma informed practices so we all feel held and supported. I’m a mama bear at heart so you can expect a big generous holding field and a healthy friendship that honours boundaries on both sides. If you have any questions then you can drop me an email or WhatsApp me on +447711692847.

Leela Dasi

RITUAL, SHADOW, DHARMA & ANCESTRY For Leela Dasi, the process of holding space is first a ritual sacrifice-- to Maha Devi, she offers her entire being. The emptiness that results becomes the ground and container through which those who enter meet Shakti herself, in a new-found or deepened experience of themselves and the world around them. She holds the space very gently; a space enlivened by her devotion, sincerity and playfulness. Inside, you are able to hear the truth as the blood coursing through your veins, the breath of every cell, and the push and pull of desire and fear on the ocean that is you. The result is the radical affirmation of all that arises as manifestations of the One. Her introduction to Yoga marked her coming of age. And for the past fifteen years, she has sat in the refining, alchemical fire of her devotional sadhana which includes: mantra, pranayama, asana, awareness cultivation (meditation) and puja. Her practice, combined with her infinite curiosity in the human condition, expressed in poetry, music, psychology, traditional wisdom, philosophy and play in the ocean, inform the spaces and rituals she intuitively curates. Leela is passionate about depatriarchalizing and demystifying Yoga through an emphasis on embodiment, reinstating the original anarchistic spirit of Yoga through activism, authentic relating and inclusion. In 2016 she founded the Lotus Shores Yoga Retreat in Siargao Island, Philippines, with her family. Alongside a devoted and skilled faculty, they run immersion programs year-round. www.leeladasiyoga.com | @leeladasiyoga

Mesi Toth

RADICAL SELF LOVE, SAFE SPACE, DEEP REST & BOUNDARIES My desire to live a connected life has led me to the practice of yoga as a living art form.Over the years I've been peeling back the layers of myself with a sense of urgency and unwavering curiosity. For me asana practice is a laboratory where the practitioner, when supported and resourced, can lean into the felt sense their wholeness. Nothing lights me up more than facilitating spaces where people can find sustainable ways to be with their full selves and build pathways towards freedom. My practice is rooted in Embodied Flow, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra and motherhood - a practice that is continuously adapting as I meet everyday life. @m.e.s.i.t.o.t.h

Belinda Ngassa

RITUAL, SHADOW, DHARMA & ANCESTRY Belinda is a shadow work and ancestry expert, who through her own journey of awakening and shadow integration built an educational hub and centre of facilitation to help others on the journey of discovering their whole selves. She created Bee Wholly Living based on the following principles: 1. Self love first comes with self knowledge. 2. Self knowledge begins with Wholeness (i.e. accepting the shadow and the light within you). 3. It is only from this pure root that you can live truly ON purpose. Belinda's influences lie firmly in her ancestry. Her ancestral line is Bantu, the largest tribe in sub-saharan Africa, who migrated from Egypt to settle in Africa, and so her spiritual and intellectual influences are based on African and Egyptian tradition, ritual and practice. She has found that drawing on ancestral knowledge and wisdom has been an integral part of her healing, and acceptance of self, so she has dedicated her work to allow others to peek into their ancestral lineage, power and support, and draw on rituals from our elders designed to break through the duality lens, and witness ourselves wholly. Rituals are a big part of her work, and holding space for people to grow from their inner child selves to their fully integrated, adult, higher selves is her personal motivator. www.beewhollyliving.com | @beewhollyliving

Christina Gagnier

RADICAL SELF LOVE, SAFE SPACE, DEEP REST & BOUNDARIES Christina is a yoga teacher and movement facilitator. She has been moving, dancing, and practicing yoga for almost 20 years. As a teacher, she has facilitated experiences all over the world, including in Bali, Thailand, New Zealand, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Costa Rica, and the United States. As a yoga teacher, she has studied with a large variety of yogis from various lineages, such as Anusara, Embodied Flow, and with Marysia Do. Christina believes that movement can unlock opportunities for self integration and, therefore, better connection to the external world. She believes that the body holds the opportunity for awakening. For her, movement has been instrumental in recognizing and shifting patterns that have prevented her from having greater freedom in her life. Through yoga and movement, she hopes to give people the tools to choose how they wish to shape their lives. She is an ERYT 500 yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance who has been teaching since 2011. With more than 4000 classroom hours, she currently leads teacher trainings and mentoring programs internationally. She is also an Embodied Flow Somatic Movement Therapist through ISMETA. And is in the process of completing her Biodynamic Craniosacral Diploma. www.theembodiednomad.com | @christinagagnier_embodiednomad
