The Somatics of Devotion

Move from the intelligence that comprises every aspect of your being

SOMA is an immersion into embodiment as belonging. A return to the body not as an object to be studied, but as a living, breathing field of intelligence. In yoga, soma is the sacred vessel. In Tantra, it is the meeting place of earth and divinity. In somatics, it is the gateway through which consciousness becomes felt.

This second 100-hour immersion of the 300-hour Advanced Embodied Yoga Training invites you into experiential anatomy, a way of knowing body from the inside out. Rather than memorising structures or systems, you learn to sense into the body as landscape, rhythm, tide and terrain. Anatomy becomes lived, poetic and alive.

SOMA asks you to slow down enough to feel what is already moving. To allow fascia, organs, fluids, breath and cells to speak in their own languages. As sensation deepens, images arise, movement organises itself and insight arrives not through effort, but through listening.

This is yoga as digestion. Tantra as intimacy with form. Somatics as a devotional practice of inhabiting your life fully, moment by moment and layer by layer.

What will you learn?

Why SOMA is the embodied heart of advanced yoga facilitation

1. Experience Anatomy as a Living, Somatic Reality

You will develop an intimate, felt relationship with anatomy and learn to sense organs, fluids, fascia, breath and structure as living intelligences rather than abstract concepts. This transforms how you move, teach and inhabit your body.

2. Build a Refined Somatic Vocabulary

By attuning to tone, rhythm, texture and internal movement, you cultivate a rich somatic language. This allows you to guide from sensation and presence rather than choreography or pre-planned sequences. This is essential for advanced yoga and somatic facilitation.

3. Learn Somatics as Tantric Practice

SOMA bridges yoga, somatics and Tantra by teaching embodiment as devotion. You learn to relate to the body as sacred process where digestion, breath, movement and sensation become pathways to intimacy with life itself.

4. Access the Somatic Unconscious Through Movement

Through Authentic Movement, developmental patterns and evolutionary explorations, you will meet the deeper layers of the somatic unconscious. Movement arises organically, revealing memory, instinct and the creative intelligence stored within body.

5. Deepen Your Capacity to Inhabit Experience Fully

Above all, SOMA trains your ability to consciously live inside your experience by tracking sensation, energy and meaning as they unfold. This capacity becomes the foundation for embodied leadership, sustainable practice and authentic presence.
