AGNI: A 20-Hour Immersion in Tantra, Ayurveda & Yogic Lifestyle
Step into the Fire of Tantric Practice, Ritual and Devotion
Ayurveda, Devotion and the Discipline of Living Yoga
This 20-hour immersion weaves Ayurveda, Non-dual Shaiva Tantra, and Goddess wisdom into a living, embodied training that supports both practice and daily life.
In this Tantra and Ayurveda training, you will explore how lifestyle, rhythm, nourishment and devotion are not peripheral to spiritual practice, they are its foundation. When the body is supported, cleansed and attuned to seasonal intelligence, practice penetrates deeper, meeting subtler layers of being.
Beginning at the threshold of the Spring Equinox, AGNI invites a collective reset. You may choose to participate in a supported liver cleanse or flush, guided by Ayurvedic principles, simple recipes, and community accountability. This process is held not as purification through force, but as an act of listening to clear space for renewed vitality, clarity and emotional release.
Throughout the module, yogic lifestyle practices are softened and sweetened by the presence of the Goddess. Morning sadhana, ritual and intention-setting invite devotion to become the fuel for discipline so that practice arises from love rather than obligation.
AGNI is where embodiment becomes responsibility and devotion becomes a way of life.
Why AGNI is the foundation of sustainable Tantric practice
You will understand how Ayurveda and Non-dual Shaiva Tantra interweave as one embodied system, supporting digestion, energy flow, hormone health and spiritual depth through daily, seasonal and ritual practices.
2. Establish Yogic Lifestyle Foundations (Dinacharya)
Learn core Ayurvedic self-care practices including nasal cleansing, skin brushing, oil massage and space hygiene. These rituals refine the body and environment as clear vessels for meditation, movement and devotion.
3. Support Detoxification on Physical and Emotional Levels
Through seasonal practices and optional liver cleansing, you will explore how to release stagnation held in the body and psyche. You will create lightness, clarity and renewed life force as you transition into spring.
4. Anchor Discipline in Devotion Through Goddess Practice
Daily sadhana guided by Lakshmi, Saraswati and Durga reframes discipline as intimacy. You will learn how devotion, beauty and fierce compassion can sustain commitment without burnout or rigidity.
5. Cultivate Rhythms That Sustain Long-Term Practice
AGNI trains you to live yoga beyond the mat by aligning sleep, nourishment, ritual and intention with the seasons. This creates a sustainable foundation for advanced training, facilitation and spiritual life.
