Liminality is a central thread of the Samāveśa process. Tuning in, getting quiet and meeting the silence with silence are essential means to dropping into the level of awareness where poetry is stirring.

You will explore boundaries, learning to know your yes and your no and build the resilience to hold clear, safe space for yourself and others. Through practices of poetic attunement, visioning and dreaming, embodied rest becomes ritual, creativity flows and awakening is approached from a place of wholeness.
