Through a blend of self-paced recorded content and live community circles, you’ll explore how bones, joints, muscles, fascia and breath move together as a dynamic whole. You’ll be invited into the living networks of eco-systems that comprise the miracle that is you.
Using movement-based approaches inspired by Body-Mind Centering, Bartenieff Fundamentals and Laban Movement Analysis, you’ll deepen your understanding of the body’s architecture, tensegrity and intuitive intelligence.
Special focus is given to breath, core dynamics and key considerations for pre- and post-natal practice.
This is a somatic exploration of what it means to be a healthy mover, cultivating flexibility, awareness and confidence in your own body through direct experience.
