This module invites you to explore the unseen dimensions of self through yoga and shadow work to reclaim hidden strengths, creativity and wisdom. Drawing on myth, ancestry and dharma, we learn how our stories, patterns and inherited legacies shape our lived experience. This is essential work for all facilitators so that we can meet all the parts of ourselves with love and compassion.

Through somatic resourcing, embodied myth and immersive exercises that connect to the somatic unconscious, you’ll meet all parts of yourself with grace and curiosity. This work supports wholeness, deepens self-understanding and enhances your capacity to hold space for others with clarity and compassion.
