Tantric Psychology and Depth Psychology
Where Soul Meets Spirit Through Body
Begins November 2026
Samskaras, Upayas, Active Imagination and the Legacy of Jung
Through somatic practice, visualisation and energetic digestion, we explore how the body becomes a direct pathway into the soul’s intelligence. Each 2.5-hour session opens a different doorway into the Unconscious. Drawing from Carl Jung and the Non-dual teachings of Kashmir Shaivism, we investigate samskaras, archetypes, dreams and the somatic undercurrents that shape our inner world. The imaginal and mystical realms become active participants in our unfolding, guiding us toward integration and wholeness.
This course invites you to descend beneath the surface, engage the symbolic and the unseen, and meet your inner life with depth, curiosity and devotion.
Learn to access the Somatic Unconscious and the realm of soul through embodied practice, opening a deeper relationship to your inner life.
2. Release Old Patterns & Samskaras
Engage the skilful means of the Upayas and depth-psychological tools to loosen, digest and transform the imprints that shape your perceptions and behaviours.
3. Strengthen Your Relationship With the Unconscious

5. Cultivate a Sense of Wholeness and Inner Coherence
